Join Henri David for the 40th anniversary of one of the biggest Halloween Balls in Philly. Located in the grand ballroom of the Sheraton Center City Hotel, the Ball promises special guests, ghoulishly garish costumes and a whole lot of fun from 9 p.m. – 2 a.m.

Best part? There will be prizes for the most ridiculous costumes, offered in a variety of categories. So dress your best!
