A comical new version of the Jack & the Beanstalk story

People's Light & Theatre Company creates a new holiday tradition, a comical new version of the Jack & the Beanstalk story.
Jack, the cow, the hen and that gluttonous Giant are all involved. But they’re being stirred up in a sly holiday concoction fizzing with live music, dancing and audience participation. This is FE-FI-FO-FUN for the whole family!
Widow Trot’s precocious son Jack wants to be a magician. Trouble comes to their town Bootstrap (population 43), when Daisy the Tap-Dancing Cow — the basis of their dairy-based economy-stops giving milk. The villagers live in dread of the giant, or rather, "Iant-jay," because they even fear uttering his name.
Pet psychologist Percival Perkins arrives just in time to help Daisy, and of course falls in love with Widow Trot — as does his twin brother Pierre, a haughty French chef. Together, they face the evil magician Carpal the Conniverous and the fearsome Giant in this hilarious new adventure.
Best appreciated by audiences 5 and up.
Tickets: $27-$46
