Every Thursday this Summer from 5 until 7 p.m., come out to the Independence Visitor Center and hear classic tunes from Philadelphia's local music scene — for free!
While overlooking Independence Hall and The Liberty Bell, you can rock out to oldies, jazz, blues, Motown, classic rock and even reggae.
If you want to make a picnic of it, Independence Al Fresco, Independence Mall's new outdoor café, will be open for treats, cool drinks, sandwiches and more.

The concerts are just one part of Old City Thursdays, during which you can enjoy specials at participating restaurants, shops and attractions throughout the historic area.
